EARLY BIRD FITNESS |
Classes
are for those who want to kick start the body early in the morning. These are
varied 30 minute sessions which are personally tailored to individual fitness
levels. Great for weight loss, to boost that metabolism for the day or
improve fitness or all of the above. When at all possible, these will be held
outdoors and incorporates the WeightWalkers weight loss program combining
diet and exercise for optimum and sustained weight loss. |
FIT 4 SCHOOL |
Based
on the American Presidential Physical Fitness Awards. ULTM8ONE will come into
your school and assess your pupil’s fitness, present norm based awards and
make recommendations on how to improve. It’s about getting proper fitness
back into schools. Have you got the fittest school in town? If not we can
make it happen. |
SMALL GROUP TRAINING AND
CHALLENGES |
To
share the cost of personal training you may want to get a group together for
a session. You will require a minimum of 4 or maximum of 6 for these
sessions.
A
group weight training session is ideal for ages 16-18 who want expert
instruction in weight training. (This session is limited to 4 people). You can also challenge your mates to the
ULTM8ONE Toughest Challenge and earn the ULTM8ONE T-shirt to wear with pride. |
PERSONAL TRAINING |
This
is where the ULTM8ONE motto of ‘Assess Apply Achieve’ reigns true, whatever
your goals we will tailor make a program just for you. From weight loss or
weight gain, strength training, training for your first 5 or 10km race, for
the military, fire service or police or sports specific training. PT for KIDZ?

KIDS FITNESS |
In
these classes the ULTM8ONE philosophy of total well being is the primary
focus. This is a philosophy that
believes in physical, social and psychological factors all being essential
for total wellbeing. This is achieved through fun physical activities. |
CORPORATE FITNESS |
Catering
for local business. Various activities
that are ideal for motivating staff, improving fitness or just for letting
off steam. All sessions can be tailor-made to your specific requirements or
can be done at your business premises if required. |
KIDS/ADULT OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP |
Kids
Outdoor Bootcamp is 30 minutes of ULTM8 fun with military style fitness
activities on Windmill Hill. The adult session is based on the same concept
and is 60 minutes in duration. |
FITNESS FOR WEDDINGS |
For
that special day where you really want to look your best. Wedding packages designed for him or her,
or the whole bridal party. Results guaranteed! |
WOMENS FITNESS |
A
class reserved for women and will vary in content from boxercise to general
fitness and conditioning. Ideal for weight loss and convenient for those who
have dropped the kids at school. |
FITNESS TESTING |
How
fit are you? What is your ideal weight? Want to know if you make the grade to
be a military or emergency service professional or how you compare to an
international sports star we can tell you where you are and how to get to
your optimal level. |
WEIGHT WALKERS |
Weight
loss through exercise coupled with dietary advice. Get that excess weight off
and keep it off! |
HOLIDAY ACTIVITIES |
Fun
physical activities during the holidays. Details available on request.
